The PNL will reflect as :
- Supplier invoice 03-03-2020.
- Final Invoice 03-03-2020.
- Income 03-03-2020.
The new method will be very convenient for the users:
- The user need not goto each job and check the posting date of supplier invoices and final invoices.
- Nor to limit the posting within the same period.
Also, the PNL values will not tally to “Invoice report”, as PNL is the actual Financial balance of each job after all the entries made by the accountant whereas the “Invoice report” is only based on the supplier invoices and final invoices that are included in a particular cost sheet. Moreover, “PNL” is based on:
- Full activities of a Job.
- The month of booking income while “Invoice report” is just based on the Final invoice date connected to a cost sheet in the job.

Searching All options removed from the list and now it’s limited up to 250 jobs.
- CUSTOMERS
- Added: Delete option added for document uploads.
- Bug Fixed: Now you can add ‘&’ in Customer Name and will be displayed as you have given.

- Now you cannot disapprove truck allocation if it has already been converted into cost sheet or income been booked for its job.
