Bridge Spotlight → Scan Invoice
How It Works:
- Upload Multiple Invoices at Once – Simply scan and upload invoices from different vendors in one go.
- Instant Invoice Matching – View each invoice linked to its corresponding job and supplier details
- Smart Invoice Generation – Let Bridge LCS do the work—our OCR tech extracts data and creates invoices for you.
- Get a Full Summary – Once completed, you’ll receive a detailed report of all processed invoices, along with a confirmation email.
- Easy Access – View all completed invoices with a single click on the View Invoices button.

Share My Invoice
Simplified, Secure, and Instant Invoice Sharing
The Share My Invoice feature takes collaboration to the next level by enabling secure, perfect invoice sharing across different companies using Bridge LCS. How It Works:
- Access Bridge Spotlight – Navigate to Bridge Spotlight within your Bridge LCS platform.
- Choose Invoice Share – Select the Invoice Share option to begin sharing your invoices.
- Review and Accept Terms – Carefully review and accept the terms and conditions for secure invoice sharing.
- Invoice Sharing – Share your invoices directly within the system, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and secure communication between all involved parties.

Move Supplier Invoice to Another Job
Simplified Invoice Management
With the Move Supplier Invoice to Another Job feature, users can effortlessly transfer a supplier invoice from one job to another within the system. If an invoice is mistakenly assigned to the wrong job, it can be quickly moved to the correct one, ensuring financial accuracy and eliminating any confusion. This feature helps maintain smooth and precise job costing, keeping your workflow simple and error-free.
How It Works:
1. Select the Correct Job – Choose the job you want to reassign the invoice to.
2. Right-click on the Supplier Invoice – Locate the invoice you want to move and right-click on it.
3. Move to Another Job – From the options, select Move to Another Job to complete the reassignment.

Branch Access
User Management Across Multiple Branch
For businesses with multiple branches, Branch Access offers a significant upgrade to user management by providing clear visibility over who has access to each branch. This powerful feature enables administrators to monitor which employees have access to multiple branches, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access sensitive information related to those locations.
How It Works:
- Navigate to Settings – Open the Settings section from your Bridge LCS dashboard.
- Select Users – Click on the Users tab to manage user roles and permissions.
- Click on Employees – Under Employees, you can view a list of all users assigned to specific branch access, helping you easily track and monitor employee access across locations.

Job Stages
Introducing Default Job Management
To further enhance workflow efficiency and provide businesses with greater flexibility, Bridge LCS now includes three powerful default Job Stages. These stages provide a more structured approach to job management, ensuring that every job is handled with precision, and that all financial requirements are clearly defined and easily managed.
Available Default Job Stages
- Stage 1: The most comprehensive stage, requiring all essential documents such as Supplier Invoice, Cost Sheet, and Final Invoice. This ensures a complete and error-free financial record for each job, leaving nothing to chance.
- Stage 2: Offers flexibility by allowing jobs to proceed without a Supplier Invoice while still requiring the Cost Sheet and Final Invoice. This stage is perfect for situations where external supplier invoices are not necessary but financial clarity is still paramount.
- Stage 3: Focuses on simplicity, requiring only the Cost Sheet and Final Invoice. Ideal for jobs that don’t involve external supplier billing, this stage offers a streamlined approach to financial processing without unnecessary paperwork.
By selecting the most suitable stage for each job, businesses can enhance financial management and eliminate errors, all while improving operational efficiency.

Reconciliation – Unlink All
Simplify Your Reconciliation Process
The Reconciliation module makes managing financial records a breeze, and we know it makes you happy! To make it even faster and easier, we’ve introduced the new Unlink All option for seamless adjustments. With just one click, users can unlink all previously matched transactions, eliminating the need to manually select each one. This feature saves time and ensures smoother, more efficient reconciliations, especially when handling bulk or correcting errors.
Go to Finance → Select Banking → Click Reconciliation → Use the Unlink All option

Finance Report – Export
Simplifying Your Financial Data
The Finance Report – Export feature allows you to generate and export detailed financial reports in Excel format. This functionality streamlines the process of analyzing, sharing, and presenting financial data, giving you the flexibility to create comprehensive reports for review or presentation with ease.
Go to the Report → Finance Report from the available options → Use the Export feature to generate and download your report in Excel format.
Custom Report – Limit Increase
More Flexibility, More Insights
As businesses grow, their reporting needs become more complex and diverse. To support this growth, we’ve enhanced the Custom Report limits across our subscription plans, providing greater flexibility and the ability to create more tailored reports to meet your unique business requirements.
- Growth Package – The custom report limit has been increased from 1 to 2, offering more room for customized reporting as your business scales.
- Enterprise Package – The custom report limit has been increased from 2 to 4, giving you the ability to generate more personalized and detailed reports for a deeper understanding of your business performance.
This enhancement allows businesses to generate more tailored reports, ensuring better insights and improved decision-making processes. With these additional report slots, users can track key performance indicators, financial metrics, and other essential data points with greater flexibility.
Waybill Filter
Navigation for Easier Search
We have introduced a Waybill Filter to significantly improve navigation and search efficiency. This enhancement replaces the previous tab-based system, providing a simpler way to locate specific waybills. With this new filter, we’ve added options for Local Freight under the “Type” category and Truck Rental in the worksheet.
Local Freight: This option is now available under the “Type” category for waybills. It is specifically designed for shipments that move within a local region, making it easier to differentiate between local and long-distance freight.

Truck Rental: Now you can rent out your truck to customers by adding the essential details.
