New Features

We are introducing newly designed Customer Invoice formats that improve both functionality and visual appeal. These layouts enhance clarity, support branding, and ensure a more professional and structured billing experience.

New Normal Invoice Designs:

• Supreme – A premium and structured layout tailored for businesses that prefer a bold and professional invoice format. This design provides a strong, authoritative look with well-defined sections for improved readability.
  
• Refined – A sleek and elegant design that strikes a balance between clarity and sophistication, offering a polished and visually appealing invoice format.

New Bilingual Invoice Designs:

Polished – A well-structured layout that incorporates a modern, professional touch, ensuring that bilingual invoices maintain a high standard of readability and presentation.

Minimal – A clean and simple invoice layout that prioritizes essential details and clear communication, making it easier for bilingual users to understand.

Enterprise users now have access to Customized Print options, allowing greater flexibility in tailoring print formats to specific business needs. This feature enables businesses to incorporate their branding elements, such as logos, color schemes, and layout preferences, ensuring documents maintain a consistent and professional look.

Bridge LCS has introduced Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to enhance account security by requiring an additional verification step during login. Along with your password, you’ll need to enter a one-time verification code sent to your registered email or mobile device, ensuring that only you can access your account even if your password is compromised. This added layer of protection strengthens your data security while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Go to the Profile → Select My Profile → You can add Two-Factor Authentication

We have introduced Sortable & Clone Row functionality in multiple modules, including Quotation, Bulk Cost, Supplier Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Advance Request, GSI, GCI, Maintenance Cost, Terminal Cost, and Journal Voucher.

• Sortable Rows – Easily rearrange rows within tables to customize data order and improve organization.
• Clone Row – Duplicate existing rows with a single click, reducing repetitive data entry and saving time.
• Add Row – Effortlessly insert new rows to expand your table and input fresh data as needed.

These enhancements ease data management, making your workflow more flexible and efficient.

Enhancements

The Due Label in Quotation, Supplier Invoice, Final Invoice, General Customer Invoice, and General Supplier Invoice modules help track payment deadlines, where the post date is when the document is recorded, and the due date is when the payment is expected.

We have introduced Filter Labels to enhance search efficiency by dynamically displaying matching results as users type. This feature eliminates the need for manual scrolling, refines search queries, and ensures faster, more accurate, and highly intuitive data retrieval, boosting productivity.

Bridge LCS now supports automatic Excel downloads for large General Ledger data. This enhancement ensures a smooth and uninterrupted experience, allowing fast and accurate export. Even with over 10 million rows, the export consumes only a few megabytes.

We’ve added a new demo booking option to our software, making it easier for existing customers to connect with our support team for assistance and for new customers to reach out to our sales team to explore how Bridge LCS can optimize their operations.

The password setup process with real-time validation. Missing criteria now highlighted in red, helping users meet security requirements effortlessly. This update ensures clarity on password strength before submission.

A Feedback Form has been introduced to collect valuable user insights after use. This feature enables users to share their experiences, report any issues, and provide suggestions for improvement. By actively gathering real-world feedback, Bridge LCS can continue refining its functionalities to better meet user needs. This ensures that updates are user-centric and contribute to an enhanced overall experience.

Changes & Bugs Fixed

• In the waybill reports, the column name POL➝POD are updated to L.Point (Loading Point) & D.Point (Delivery Location) for better clarity.

Bill of Lading ➝ Waybill Report

• To ensure system security and prevent potential vulnerabilities, SVG files are now blocked from being uploaded or used within the Bridge LCS.
  
• Blocked Matched Vouchers: Disapproval & Deletion Restricted – To maintain accuracy in financial records and prevent discrepancies, users can no longer disapprove and delete a blocked advance journal voucher once it has been matched to another voucher.
