Employee Loan Management

The new Employee Loan feature enables adding loan details, with installment dates and repayment amounts visible. Additionally, the Loan Statement can now printed directly from the Employee Statement, a feature that was previously only available in the Ledger.

Expense Management

We are excited to introduce the system has integrated a new feature to help you manage and track expenses. This addition allows for efficient recording, monitoring, and reporting of all your business expenses in one place.

Tracking Frame Integration

API integration enables customers to track the current status of their jobs in real-time. This feature can easily implemented on any web page, providing live updates and improving visibility into job progress. This integration helps to keep informed with minimal effort.

Payroll

We are Introducing the latest updates to the Payroll Module, bringing more efficiency and convenience to your payroll processes in Logistics management. The user interface has refreshed, and multiple allowances can now added when managing basic salaries.

Basic Salary

The payroll module has upgraded with a revamped user interface for a smoother and more intuitive experience. Additionally, the module now supports multiple allowances, providing more flexibility in managing employee compensation.

Monthly Salary

Employee Details and Payroll Details now combined into a single view, making it easier to manage all employee information in one place. Payment Additions and Deductions merged into a single option, simplifying payroll adjustments. The Advance Salary feature now automatically calculated, removing the need for manual input and reducing errors for faster, more accurate payroll processing.

Vouchers

Recurring option 

The Vouchers module now includes a recurring option, allowing you to automate and schedule regular voucher entries for improved efficiency.

Replicate Option

This feature allows you to easily duplicate existing invoices, cost sheets, or any other documents with just a click. Save time and reduce manual entry errors by quickly replicating items that require similar details.

Container Tracking

The Container Tracking feature now offers a revamped, user-friendly interface for improved functionality and ease of use. This upgraded interface enables users to efficiently monitor container movements, providing real-time visibility and control throughout the entire shipping process.

Key Features

Intuitive Tracking Flow Chart: Get a clear and detailed visual representation of the entire container journey, from departure to arrival.

Graphical Status Overview: Stay updated with a graphical representation of container statuses, helping you quickly assess the situation.

Accurate Map Integration: View container locations with precise mapping, ensuring you track movements with confidence.

Port and Vessel Information: Access vital port details, along with the vessel name, directly within the tracking interface.

Job-Level Container Visibility: The container tracking details are visible within specific jobs by default, offering streamlined access for better efficiency.

With these enhancements, tracking your containers is now simpler, more efficient, and more reliable than ever before!

Multiple Cost Sheet 

You can create final invoices using multiple cost sheets, allowing for more detailed and flexible billing. Customers will have access to a dropdown menu that displays all the selected cost sheets linked to their accounts, making it easier to review and manage their costs.

Final Invoice

Drop-down: Select easily with a new drop-down menu.

Cost Sheet Linkage: The selected customer’s cost sheet will be shown in the cost sheet drop-down.  

Multiple Cost Sheets: Final invoices can be created with multiple cost sheets.

Cost sheet decimal: Now features precision with four decimal places. This enhancement allows for greater accuracy in your financial calculations.

Credit Notes: In cases involving credit notes, a single cost sheet can be selected.

Unlink Cost Sheets: Users can unlink cost sheets from the final invoice, but can only unlink some cost sheets.

Disapproval: If the cost sheet is disapproved, it will also delete the drafted invoices.

Invoice Summary : While creating the final invoice, A summary of the customer’s invoices, both paid and unpaid, is shown. This overview helps you quickly review the status of all related invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness before finalizing.

Cost Sheet Updates


Discounts:
Implemented row-level discount options, applied before tax calculations.

Adjustment: A new adjustment field has introduced to manage any additional costs or modifications.

Account: We can customize the service charges associated with your account. A new account column has been added with the default sales account. Only the Super Admin or Finance Department can make changes to it.

Invoice Report

In the invoice reports, marketing department users can access the customer-related reports they create. All other users will have full access to the report.

Supplier Invoice

Total Discount: A total discount field has been added to supplier invoices.

Adjustment: An adjustment field is now available to manage any additional costs or changes.

Logical Error Fixed

Logical errors can significantly affect the functionality and reliability of software. These corrections have improved data accuracy, enhanced system stability, and reduced unexpected behavior, resulting in a more dependable product for the users.
