This section is available to only super admins & users whose user-rights has been set.

Attendance

This section enables users to view their monthly attendance and admins to post their employees monthly attendance. Key terms used to mark attendance are:

  • P Present
  • L Leave
  • SL Sick Leave
  • ON On Duty
  • HL Holiday
How to post Attendance?

Click on New Attendance button and submit the required details in the form displayed.

Details to be submitted are:
Attendance Date
This field specifies date of attendance you need to post.
Employee
This fields enables admin to choose employees whose attendance need to be posted from the drop down displayed.
Status
This field enables admin to choose status of attendance from the drop down displayed.
Customized Time
This field enables admin to choose the customized time for the selected employees.

If monthly salary is already created then you won't be able to edit or delete attendance for the corresponding employee.

Time Slots

This section enables users to view their customized time-in and time-out values and admins to set their employees customized time.

How to post Time slots?

Click on New time button and submit the required details in the form displayed.

Details to be submitted are:
Employee
This fields enables admin to choose multiple employees whose customized time is need to be posted from the drop down displayed.
Time In
This fields enables admin to set the time-in value for selected employees.
Time Out
This fields enables admin to set the time-out value for selected employees.

Basic salary

List of basic salary of employees is been listed.

Details to be submitted are:
Employee Id *
You can choose employee for whom you want to create basic salary from the drop down displayed.
Company Transportation *
This field specifies whether you need company transportation or not.
Monthly Salary *
This field specifies the monthly salary of employee.

Now you can set overtime day charge and overtime hour charge manually.

Filling fields marked with an asterisk sign '*' is mandatory...!

Additional actions provided are:

  • Edit
  • Delete

Monthly Salary

Bulk salary creation is possible through this section. Also user can view summary of salary. It lists the payroll created employees for the selected month.

How to create salary for employees?

Choose month from month picker as well as employee for whom you want to create salary and click on Run Payroll button.

How to approve the created Payroll?

Click on Approve button upon checking the corresponding payroll checkbox in the list.

How to create payment voucher for salary?

Click on Payment button upon checking the corresponding approved payroll checkbox in the list.

Payment is completed after approving the monthly salary from payment voucher.

Advance Salary.

Now you can give loan/advance salary for employees by fully/partial payment method.

How to create employee loan/advance?

1. Create new payment voucher for loan by selecting type as "own account".

2. Select employee to whom you need to give the advance.

3. Select account as "loan to employees" and select its corresponding mode of payment.

4. Enter the advance amount and save.

Employee advance deduction

1. Right click and choose edit option for the unapproved monthly salary of employee to whom you have to deduct advance salary.

2. Click on advance salary tab and choose the required loan details from which you have to deduct amount.

3. You can do partial deductions by entering the amount manually.

4. Click calculate button to enable save button and click save.

5. Approve the corresponding monthly salary and make payment.

Right-click actions provided are:
Print
User can take print of Salary slip.
Edit
User can edit the monthly salary directly from here.
Delete
User can delete the monthly salary.
Payroll Summary

User can view total no of approved & unapproved employees as well as total basic pay & total net pay.

Employee Statement

Employee details section is available to only super admins & users whose user-rights has been set.

Here the user can view the financial details of employees and employee can be searched by using their name. Balance Amount and Due Amount of selected customer will be displayed on the page. Search box available on the page allows the user to search for employees by entering keywords:

Statement
Ledger
Credit/Debit

The above options help user will be able to view all the transactions details made by the employee, pending payments and total account balance of the employee.

Calender

Users can view their attendance in calender. They can scroll through month, week and day to filter the search. Admin can view attendance of all the employees.

Official holidays

Admin can add official holidays into calender in this section.

How to create a new Official Holiday

Click on New holiday button and submit the required details in the form displayed.

Details to be submitted in the form are:
From Date *
This field specifies the date from which you need to mark as official holiday.
To Date *
This field specifies the date upto which you need to mark as official holiday
Description *
This field specifies the description to be displayed in the calender.
