Overview

Customer Overview

A Customer Overview is a concise summary of a customer’s profile, including contact information, transaction history, and current account status.

To View Customer Overview

Double-click on the customer name from any module and you can view the customer's summary.

What's in Customer Overview Window

The Customer Overview window will display key details:

  • Customer Name with Location.
  • Click on View Customer button for more customer information.

On the right side, the following details are shown:

  • Date &.Days: It displays when the customer has been created.

In the Customer Summary Tile:

  • Jobs: Total jobs of the customer.
  • Invoice: Total invoices associated with the customer.
  • Overdue: Total overdue amount.

To access further information, click the downwards arrow The expanded details will show:

  • Balance: Remaining balance for the customer.
  • Paid: Total amount paid by the customer.
  • Draft: Pending draft invoices.

There are six tabs available for more detailed information

General
Displays primary details of suppliers such as Primary Email, Primary Mobile, and Address etc
Transactions
This section allows you to select and view all transactions and vouchers for the customer such as
  • Collections
  • Collection Advance
  • Final Invoice
  • General Customer Invoice
  • Credit Note
Statement
  • It displays the balance amount of the customer.
  • Option to download as PDF Click on View Statement to navigate to a detailed page.
  • Option to send the statement via email.
Memo
Displays data such as Description, Date, and Time for memos related to the customer.
Logs
Provides a record of who accessed the system and interacted with the invoice.
Feedback
Shows feedback data, including Title, Job, Rating, and Description.

Invoice Overview

An invoice overview is a summary that highlights key details of an invoice, such as the total amount due, payment terms, and basic item descriptions. It provides a quick snapshot of the billing information for easy review.

Steps to View Invoice Overview

Step 1
Go to Operation Module → Invoice
Step 2
Double-click on the particular invoice you wish to view.
View the Invoice Overview Window

The Invoice Overview window will appear, displaying key details

  • Final Invoice Number: The unique identifier for the invoice.
  • Amount in SAR: The total amount of the invoice in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
  • Paid/Unpaid Status: Indicates whether the invoice has been paid or remains Unpaid.
  • Invoice Date: The date the invoice was issued.
  • Due Date: The date by which payment is due.

On the right side, the following details will be shown:

  • Created By: The individual or system that created the invoice.
  • Approved By: The individual or system that approved the invoice.

Financial Summary tile displays

  • Invoice Amount: The total billed amount.
  • Collection Amount: The amount already collected.
  • Credit Note Amount: The amount credited or adjusted.

To access further information, click the downwards arrow The expanded details will show:

  • Apply Credit Amount: The amount applied from credit notes or adjustments.
  • Balance: The remaining balance for the customer

View Additional Details

There are five different tabs available in this section for more detailed information:

General
This section displays the primary details of customer associated with the invoice such as Name, Primary Email, Primary Mobile, Address, etc.
Preview
It is the print view of the invoice.
Ledger
In this section, you can view all the ledger details associated with the invoice. It will show any accounts and entries linked to the invoice.
Transaction
In this section you will be able to view all the transactions of that invoice.
Logs
The Logs section in an invoicing captures and tracks the history and status changes of invoices.

Supplier Overview

A Supplier Invoice Overview is a summary of a supplier’s invoice, including key details like invoice number, date, amount, payment status, and due date, providing a quick snapshot of the transaction.

Double-click on the supplier linked to the specific invoice you want to view
