User can view App Drawer by scrolling mouse pointer to right side of page. Available Docker Icons are:

Actions
Pending Invoices

User can view all the pending invoices.

Invoice Approvals

User can view all the approved invoices. It is categorised as Supplier Invoices, Cost Sheet & Final Invoices

Pre Invoices

User can view all the preliminary invoices.

OS Invoices

User can view all the OutStanding invoices.

Voucher Approvals

User can view all approved payment vouchers.

Reminders

User can view the reminder list and also can create new reminder by clicking "New Reminder".

Also you can upload document while clicking on document button.

Tasks

User can view the list of tasks allotted to employees and also create new task to employees by clicking "New Task" button. The list is categorised into six sections- Pending, Processing, Completed, Cancelled, Denied & Expired based on the status of task.

How to create new task ?

Click on the "New Task" button an submit the form displayed.

Details to be submitted are:

Employee *
Choose the employee for whom task to be allotted.
Title *
This field specifies the title of task.
Tags
You can create the tags from the drop-down option "New tag".
Priority *
You can choose the priority level of task from drop down.
Due Date *
This field specifies the due date of the task.
Due Time *
This field specifies the due time of the task.
Description *
You can type the description of task

Right-click actions provided are:

Update Status
Employees can update status of their tasks.
Edit
Only super admin and the user who assigned task can edit the task details.
Delete
Only super admin and the user who assigned task can edit the task details.

Mail

  • Employee receives mail regarding the task details once task is created.
  • Employee receives reminder mail before three days of expiration date of task.
  • Employee receives mail once the expiry date is reached.
Document Control
User can view all the files uploaded by company and also can upload further files by clicking "New Document" button. This section is categorized into three:
All
User can view all the uploaded documents.
Reminder
User can view uploaded documents whose reminder has gone.
Expired
User can view expired documents.

How to upload a new document?

Click on "New Document" button and submit the document details in the form displayed.

Details to be submitted are:

Reference *
User can specify Reference. Available references are Customer, Supplier, Job, Employee & Others.
Party *
Based on the above selection, user can choose the name of party.
Title *
This field specifies the name of Document
Validity From Date *
This field specifies document validity start date.
Validity Till Date *
This field specifies the expiry date of uploaded document. Party gets notification e-mail before expiry of validation till date based on the reminder days selected.
Reminder
User can choose the reminder value from dropdown list. Default values is set as 1 day. You can also mute the reminder.
File
This field allows to upload multiple document.

Right-click actions provided are:

View
User can view the uploaded documents.
Edit
User can edit the documents uploaded from document section.
Delete
User can delete the documents uploaded from document section.
Support

From here you can access the documentation.

Masters
Airport

User can create new airport code & airport name for POL/POD.

Seaport

User can create new sea code & seaport name for POL/POD.

Airlines

From here you can access airlines.

Reminder

From here you can set a reminder and also you can upload document while clicking on document button.

Task

rom here you can quickly add your tasks.

Document

From here you can upload new document.

Learning Center

From here you can refer the documentation of each module.

Whats New

Settings

From here you can set your sidebar color and image.

Feedback

Now tickets and suggestions are grouped as a single module. From here you can easily add new tickets or suggestion.

Memo

User can view all the memo. Search is filtered by from date, to date & model.

This section enables user to add any related notes.

Memo can be viewed by double-clicking on corresponding row in corresponding section.

Memo can be created as reminder by clicking on "add as reminder".
